1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every player who accesses and uses the ru88 platform (https://ru88.today). By using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

3. Account Creation & Management

3.1 Accurate Information

When creating an account, the player is personally responsible for ensuring that the name, date of birth, and contact details provided are accurate. Accounts found to have been created with false information may be closed after investigation.

3.2 Password Security

Do not share your account login details with any third party. You are solely responsible for everything that happens if someone other than yourself accesses and plays on your account.

3.3 Account Closure

Players may close their account voluntarily. ru88 also reserves the right to give notice of, or immediately close, any account found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

4. Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

ru88 applies the following practices regarding financial transactions—

• Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal time — within one hour after the request is submitted
• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay

Withdrawal requests will only be processed if they match the payment details registered on the player's account. If any transaction is suspected of money laundering, ru88 has the right to investigate and take action.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at ru88 can claim a 200% deposit bonus of up to 500,000 Ks as their welcome bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, players must wager the bonus amount × 25 times.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. To unlock withdrawal, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Deposit 520,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. To unlock withdrawal, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are issued once per player, per household, and per IP address. If a bonus coupon code is used a second time, or if any attempt is made to claim a bonus multiple times through fraudulent means, ru88 reserves the right to recalculate results from zero excluding the bonus amount and close the account.

Once a bonus has been received, withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirement is met. All bonus promotions are subject to the stated terms and conditions, and ru88 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Actions

ru88 maintains a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Playing using bots, computer programs, or automated software
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities to obtain funds
• Colluding with other players in an attempt to fraudulently access the platform
• Depositing and playing with funds that do not belong to you
• Accessing another player's data without permission for the purpose of monitoring their gameplay

If a breach of this agreement is found, ru88 will close the account and all account balances, including any bonus funds, shall be considered forfeited.

7. VIP Levels and Benefits

ru88 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Level progression is based on a player's game history and activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback will be credited directly to the registered account, and the relevant wagering requirements also apply to those bonus funds. VIP level benefits are subject to change based on ru88 policy updates.

8. Personal Data and Security

ru88 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Personal information provided by players will only be used to deliver services on this platform and to meet legal obligations, and will not be sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
